This seems not to be a audio-pro topic, please try in Computer-Forums, especially in your favourite speech!
But, what you describe ("doesnt stop writing") sounds like a defect DVD-Writer-Unit or an absolute corrupted software / OS .
Try replacing the writer-unit with another (really maybe used) or try the unit in another system and so solve your problem by try-and-error.
